I am a preforeclosure real estate investor in Las Vagas NV and have been looking into tax deed sales.In NV I understand that the county holds the deed for a two year period an then is able to sell it at auction.Once you purchase a property at sale what liens remained attached and what recourse do Paries that hold an interest in the property have?I found the statues,but can not understand them as of yet. |
