My company helps home owners who are behind on their payments. I contact the lender and work out some payment arrangement if possible. If not I can usually short sale then wholesale giving part of it back to the owner for "walking money".
I would like to do this on a bigger scale and need bird dogs to do court house research and make personal contact.
In exchange I will split profits 50/50 plus teach business.
Is this something that would inetrest agents? Where do I find bird dogs.Carol
