I bought a piece of property in a nice town in Upstate NY less than 2 hours from NYC. I have been paying taxes on it and now have decided to sell. I bought this land not knowing much about tax liens. It is a landlock parcel and would really like to get cash from it. I have listed it with a realtor before but no luck. Can anyone suggests how I can sell this property besides using a realtor? |
