Hey All,
I've been reading, researching, and learning about the tax deed/lien process, particularly in TX, for sometime now and I am ready to pursue my first deal. Here is my question. The property I've decided to pursue is a commercial property with a radio tower placed on it. Where do I need to look to determine if the tower is operable, is paying a lease, who it belongs to, etc? Before someone makes the suggestion...I am unable to personally investigate the property, see it, or visit the tax office as I'm stationed with the Army in Europe. I'm going to have to complete all of my research, etc via the internet. Thanx in advance for the assistance. I appreciate any kind words or advice. r/
