i am currently learning the baltimore way of tax lien certificates and have made some positve purchases. i know a potential investor and i dont know what to charge him for a comission. i also don't know where to find a contract to do buisiness legitimatly with my investor. if u have some advice for this, i have already found positve properties for my investor. need word quick. thankyou Modified by brian dormio at Fri, Dec 09, 2005, 20:48:11
