I need advise...I would like to have a tax lien certificae assigned to me by the current lien holder. I spoke with the lien holder and they are willing to assign it to me. I need to know the risks involved with doing this. The lien holder is not making any interest from the property, but it's a great piece of land that is up for redemption in June 2006. What do I need to do?
