Hello, I'm from Omaha, NE and I'm a beginning real estate investor. I am currently using the lease option and buying properties subject to the existing financing. I am also interested in investing in Tax Lien certificates and am wondering if anyone else on this board also is doing the same thing in Omaha. Not sure what the process difference is between Nebraska and Texas but I'm would like to learn about it so I can start investing in my town. I would appreciate any comments or advice any of you can provide me.
