I am new to investing and am looking for information about buying tax liens in san diego, CA and have a few questions. 1. What is the intrest rate I should expect in SD.
2. If the owner excercises their right to redeem, does the owner of the lien get the purchase price plus xx% no matter what the purchase price is.
3. What happens when the owner of the property defaults and there is multiple entities claiming ownershiP (i.e. Banks). Does this require hiring a lawer to figure out and where does the owner of the tax lien fit.
