This is an open message to all Tax Lien and deed investors, new and experienced. I am an experienced investor and author of a number of books on Tax lien and deed investing and am about to embark on the writing of State specific manuals. All of the stuff I have seen thus far does not go far enough in detailing how the process really works in particular states and I would like my manuals to be more detailed and comprehensive.
